Bendito SUPER-30 is a polymer-modified grey-based tile adhesive for installing ceramic, semi-vitreous, and vitrified tiles of small to medium size in interior areas. It is suitable for both vertical and horizontal surfaces over cementitious substrates for indoor applications. (For improved performance and external floor areas, use with Bendito Stone Faijar.)

Method of Application:

1. Ensure the surface to be tiled is sound and thoroughly cleaned, free from wax, grease, polish, etc.
2. Add 3 to 3.5 parts of powder to 1 part of water.
3. Mix with a trowel or slow-speed drill (50-100 rpm) until a lump-free homogeneous paste is obtained.
4. Mix only the required quantity that can be consumed within 60 minutes of pot life.
5. Leave the mixture for 5-10 minutes and remix before use. Mix only a sufficient quantity of adhesive for immediate need.
6. Spread the adhesive to a thickness of approximately 3-6 mm and comb with a notched trowel. Apply the adhesive paste which can be tiled within 10 to 15 minutes.
7. Ensure the tile is completely bedded in the adhesive with 100% coverage to eliminate any air voids.
8. Clean excess mortar or adhesive from the tile surface with a wet cloth or sponge while the mortar is fresh.
9. If a plaster/leveling mortar bed is applied, ensure it is cured for at least 7 days before applying tile adhesive.
10. Dampen the wall before applying the thin-set adhesive.
11. Use spacers to keep joints between tiles.
12. Start filling joints only after 24 hours using Bendito Epoxy Kit or Bendito TG Mix.

Precautions & Limitations:

• The floor surface should be sufficiently hard and in good condition for laying tiles.
• Always add powder to water, never add water to powder.
• Do not add excess water beyond the recommended amount.
• Never add sand and cement at the site.
• Not suitable for tiling on gypsum plaster, paint, wood, and metal.
• For heavy tile application or external floor areas, use with Bendito Stone Faijar.
